Talk about going out with a bang! I was looking forward to Tenley and Jerry’s wedding for months, not just because it was my 37th and final wedding of 2017, but because I knew it would just be an amazingly fun wedding to capture. Tenley’s spunky personality and natural beauty combined with Jerry’s character and sense of humor to make for an amazing night filled with plenty of surprises, including SNOW on their wedding day!
We started off the day at the Courtyard Mariott in downtown Greenville watching the snow fall gently as everyone got ready for the day. Since the sun would be setting shortly, Tenley and Jerry decided to do a first look so we could take care of most of the photos before the ceremony (and catch the last of the melting snow!). After making some incredible images around Falls Park and the peace center, we drove to Rock Springs Baptist Church in Easley for their ceremony before heading to the beautiful Gassaway Mansion in downtown Greenville SC. The Gassaway Mansion was in full Christmas mode with plenty of tasteful decor and a beautifully setup tent for their reception. Everyone danced the night away and the Clemson Tiger even made an appearance before everyone lined up for their sparkler exit out front!
Thanks again guys for ending my 2017 with a bang!! Congrats!
