I don’t even know where to start with Wendy and Robert’s wedding. It was definitely one of the most beautiful and emotional weddings I’ve ever been to.

Held at the newly opened Lacee Meadows Wedding Venue in Belton, SC. The venue is surrounded by rolling hills and lush green meadows, with a tranquil lake providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The ceremony site is an open-air area in front of a white chapel, that provides a breathtaking backdrop for the exchange of vows. The simple yet elegant setup of white chairs and a wooden arch decorated with flowers created a warm and inviting atmosphere, even on a February day.

We started off the day with some skeet shooting with the guys before Wendy got ready for the day in the onsite bridal cabin. With guests coming from all over the United States, it was definitely a special day for Wendy and Robert. The ceremony was funny, emotional, and sentimental with hand written speeches, funny inside jokes, and even a foot washing ceremony. Afterward all the guests gathered on the covered bridge overlooking the lake at Lacee Meadows.

Shortly after we all gathered in the carriage house for the wedding reception. With plenty of great food, dancing, speeches, toasts, and a full dessert bar, there was something for everyone. The night finished off with a beautiful sparkler exit as Wendy and Robert headed off into the night as husband and wife.
