I knew it was going to be an interesting night. Thanks to daylight saving’s time, Rainer and Stevie’s wedding at Cliffs at Glassy Chapel would be at night. I’ve shot there dozen’s of times, but always during the day. I was curious to see how it looked at night. As I pulled up to the chapel with all the Greenville city lights twinkling in the background, I knew it was going to be a special night.
Hours before, I met up with Stevie at her gorgeous main street condo (let me know when you want to sell it!). Everyone got ready before heading up for some quick photos at the Cliffs Glassy Clubhouse before the ceremony. Being up on top of a mountain late at night, naturally it was pretty windy, and you could feel the windy all the way in the chapel. With just their closest friends and family there to watch, it was was a surreal night, with the warm glow of candles lighting up the chapel, and a cold wind blowing outside. Afterwards, everyone headed downtown for a reception dinner at the Commerce Club. Check it out:
Thanks again for having us guys!!
