While I’m almost always excited to get to shoot a wedding, there are those few weddings where I’m really excited! I think a lot of it has to due with how excited the couple is to have me do it. Then I feed off that excitement and really enjoy it! Its an awesome cycle. Just like an amoeba. I think.

Anyways I could tell ever since I shot Melissa and Dru’s engagement session that it was going to be a lot of fun to work with them. They were super excited to have me and naturally I was even more excited to photograph them!

Melissa and Dru got married at City View First Baptist Church here in Greenville, SC with their reception just a few steps away in the City View reception hall. Filled with lots of hand made details, excellent food, and awesome weather (seriously mid 60’s in December!?) it was definitely a beautiful day. Thank you both for having me and for putting up with my lack of functioning vocal chords. Here are some of my favorites!
