“Really, your going to shoot a wedding on your birthday!?” – They asked me when I met with Lindsey and Colby for the first time. Of course, where else would I get to enjoy a killer band, delicious food, and beautiful, panoramic views out of the 17th floor commerce club downtown. All the bridesmaids even sang me happy birthday in the limo over to the church! How can you beat that?

I met up with Lindsey at the Hyatt Regency downtown to get a few makeup shots and details before we headed off to Grace Church for the ceremony. Shortly after a few photos with the bridal party at the church, Lindsey was walking down the isle as some absolutely gorgeous light filled the room. Everyone met up at the stunning commerce club downtown just as the sun was setting behind the blue ridge mountains. Food, cake, dancing, and plenty of hilarious moments filled the rest of the evening, which ended in a gorgeous sparkler send off. Enjoy!
