Today… we caught the crickets off guard.

They didn’t see us coming. Far up above the loud chirps, the sun was hovering, like it always does. After all, it was 2:39pm. But yet, the moon was the silver laced centerpiece; completely eclipsing its dominate older brother. It was black as night. Onlookers gasped as the sunset was enveloped amidst the surrounding vineyards.

Today, totality hit…
