I’ve always enjoyed January weddings. A lot less sweat, no super-bright directly-overhead sunlight to deal with, and no tacky Christmas decorations to avoid! And what other times of year can you legitimately rock a sweet fur coat in South Carolina?

Ann and Dave were married this past weekend at the gorgeous Huguenot Loft (a part of the Peace Center) in Downtown Greenville. After a quick cocktail hour, the ceremony began. The night progressed into a mix of seared tuna, lively dancing, gin & tonics, a neon-lit cityscape and a energetic sparkler exit. An awesome wedding, with an even more awesome couple. What a perfect way to start the 2013 season!
