The glass was laying on the floor, the vows had been said, the bride veiled, the blessings given, the rings exchanged, the Katuba signed, all that was left was a stomp and a loud “Mazel Tov!” And then it happened. You see this wasn’t your typical wedding. This was a traditional Jewish Orthodox wedding. And it was an absolute blast.
Held at the beautiful Hyatt Recency in the heart of downtown Greenville, South Carolina, the day was an amazing mix of traditions, un-traditions, family, friends, and of course plenty of great drinks and dancing. And man can these guys dance. If you’ve ever been to a Jewish wedding before, you know what I’m talking about. The kind where everyone and their grandma gets up, holds hands and dances circles around the bride and groom. Then the bride and groom get up on chairs. Although the groom didn’t last long up there this time, it was still an amazing sight and a blast to capture. I’ll let the photos tell the rest.
Thanks again for having us!!
