When we meet with couples after their weddings they all talk about what a blur the day was, and how happy they are to be able to relive it through the photos we took. But the truth is, a lot of the weddings we shoot are a blur to us as well. No, not because they aren’t memorable or interesting, but there is just so much going on, so many moments, so many details, so many people that its hard to really take it all in over the course of the day. I guess this is why we are photographers.
Amy and Eric’s wedding was especially blurry. We got up to the Westin downtown to capturing the frantic emotion of the getting ready process, take some photos with the bridesmaids, and hop on the limo to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. A short ceremony later and we were back in the limo celebrating with champagne and rap music. We caught the lighting perfect in downtown and nailed some great couple’s and bridal party shots. Shortly after we entered the reception, danced, cried, laughed, and exited to an incredible eco-fetti laced exit. So many great moments caught up in a blur of time.
Thanks again guys!
