The year was 1947. Kathleen and George were madly in love and ready to get married. So they met at their local courthouse for a simple marriage ceremony. They wanted to have a wedding, but they simply couldn’t afford one at the time.
Fast forward 65 years, and their dream finally came true. Thanks to a Wish submitted by Kathleen they finally got to have their dream wedding. With George’s failing memory she wanted some of his last memories to be of their wedding together, surrounded by the love of their kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
