You know what I realized? Kelly and Michael’s wedding at Mary’s Cottage this past weekend was my 100th wedding. That’s pretty dang special. You know what’s even more awesome? I keep on seeing new things at every wedding I go to. Take for instance the fact that Kelly and Michael’s wedding was the very first wedding I’ve photographed where the minister asked for the rings and… one was missing. This was of course followed by Kelly’s mom running upstairs to frantically search for it. After a very uniquely awkward (but entertaining) 5 minutes, she arrived back, ring and hand, and the ceremony continued. It’s times like this that make every wedding a new adventure, even after photographing 100 of them.
With that little piece of excitement out of the way we spent some time exploring Falls Park, high-fiving strangers on main-street, and catching up with guests for some drinks at Smoke On the Water just a block away. Thanks again for having me there Kelly and Michael! I had a blast and you were both so much fun to capture!
Thanks again guys!
