It’s always an honor to be entrusted to shoot someone’s wedding. After all it’s one of the most important days in someone’s life and you can’t really go back and just re-shoot it if something goes wrong. It’s an even bigger honor though to shoot a wedding of someone who has put their lives aside to serve our country.
With 1st Lieutenant Tommy’s schedule constantly changing, it was a bit hard for him and Chelsea to plan there wedding. But you know what, they stuck to a date and even with a few close calls, everything worked out perfect.
We started out at the beautiful Poinsett Club in Greenville’s historic district to capture some photos of Chelsea getting ready and the details of the day. Afterwards we headed to Furman’s Daniel Chapel for the ceremony, followed by a pretty excellent sword-arch as they left the chapel. Back at the Poinsett Club, the party got started with their first dance, some emotional speeches, and of course plenty of great food, drinks, and music. It all ended with a sparkler exit into a horse driven carriage.
Thanks again for having us!!
