When I first sat down with Rachel to talk about possibly shooting her wedding at Table Rock Lodge I remember her saying… “My fiance isn’t quite who you would probably guess, he’s pretty scruffy and has dreadlocks.” And then I was even more excited about their wedding. I’m not gonna lie, Donnie definitely lived up to the dreads. And even though Rachel and him don’t look like they should go together, it’s hard to deny, even after just a few hours, that these guys are the perfect compliment to each other.

After seven years in the making, it was finally the day of their wedding. It was an absolutely stunning day at Table Rock State Park, in the mountains of Upstate, SC. Surrounded by rustic decor, Newcastle, a hilarious bridal party, more Newcastle, and loving family and friends, it was official, Rachel and Donnie were going to be married.
