I’d been looking forward to this wedding for years! Ever since photographing April’s sister Joanna’s wedding and getting to know this amazing family more, I knew it would only be a matter of time before April got engaged and I’d be photographing her wedding!

April and Alex decided to have their wedding at the beautiful Estate in Buckhead, a bustling area of Atlanta Georgia. The setting was beautiful and classic, decked out with beautiful flowers, a champagne tower, and lots of special touches throughout (included monogramed drinks!). We started the day with April getting ready with her bridesmaids overlooking the ceremony site. April looked absolutely stunning in her timeless yet elegant dress, and Alex looked handsome in his tuxedo.

Soon it was time for the ceremony, where April and Alex’s dogs even made an appearance going down the isle. The ceremony was beautiful and intimate, as the sun set through the trees in the background. Afterward everyone was greeted to a lively cocktail hour as drinks and hors d’oeuvre’s were passed around. Shortly after, everyone made their entrances into the reception and “I Love This Band” got the party started! The reception was vivacious and everyone had an amazing time celebrating with April and Alex before everyone lined up for the sparkler exit out front of The Estate!
