I always love when October rolls around each year and it’s finally acceptable to do a “fall wedding.” Gone are the hot sweaty summer weddings and in comes the cooler weather, beautiful light, and vibrant colors of fall weddings. I couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the fall than at Amber and Cary’s wedding this past weekend. With lots of thoughtful fall details and touches, a gorgeous backyard setting overlooking the nearby river and mountains, and plenty of excellent food spanning everything from exotic cheeses, kabobs, fall veggies, to she-crab soup! Being a chef himself, Cary insisted on having a fantastic spread of food (the menu was multiple pages!) and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
The whole wedding was held on Cary’s family property so it gave a special touch to the whole event. They were even married in a gorgeous chapel that was built by Cary’s family, so the whole day had lots of significance. Of course Amber had a huge part as well, picking out all the decorations and details with the help of Sarah Locke with Type A Events. Plenty of great beverages, dancing and scenery completed the night. Check it out!
Thanks again for having us guys!
