It’s hard to believe we are already nearing the end of another year. With such an awesome year last year I knew it would would be tough to top. I’m a firm believer that your only as good as your last few weddings, so we put 110% into each of them this past year. All 43 of them.

And it seemed to pay off. In February we were named “South Carolina Wedding Photographer of the Year” at the yearly SCAWP competition in Columbia, an honor to which still amazes me even today. We got to shoot all up and down the east coast, from New York to Florida and everywhere in between. We had the awesome honor of hosting our very first wedding photography workshop, where we had 8 talented photographers come from all over the southeast. And we won our first two international wedding photography awards at the April and November Fearless Photographers competition.

It was definitely one heck of a year photography-wise and I cannot thank all my awesome clients enough for the privilege they give me to be with them on such an incredible day. Here are some of my favorite highlights from 2013:
