What do you do when you have to plan a wedding from a few thousand miles away? Do as much research as humanly possible and then try to cram everything into the few precious moments you will be in town before the big day. Never have I been more impressed than when I met with Kelsey and Nick a couple weeks ago. They pretty much crammed every wedding planning detail into the one day they were in town from California. On the agenda: Meet with makeup artist and get makeup done, meet with us at our home studio, shoot their engagement session, meet with the florist, planner and venue, meet with the caterer, rehearsal dinner venue, and taste some cake… all before dinner.

So there we were, running all around the beautiful lobby of the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Greenville capturing their engagement photos on a timeline that reminded me of a tightly planned wedding. We had to make every shot count, and still have time to head down to Falls Park to get some outdoor pictures as well. Thanks to a very in-love and down to earth couple, I’m happy to report that we ended right on time, and with some pretty incredible photos to boot. Check it out:
